Russia says strikes hit Ukrainian military-linked facilities, vessels
- On Sept 24, Russian forces carried out a series of strikes across Ukraine, targeting Kyiv-based drone production facilities, telecommunications centers, and logistics hubs in Odesa, according to Moscow's Defence Ministry.
- Explosions rocked Kyiv overnight on Sept 24, damaging a maternity hospital and residential buildings. Two people were killed and 8 others were injured in the attack.
- Ukrainian forces struck a Russian oil refinery and an electronic components factory overnight on Sept 25. Monitoring channels reported the Iskra electronics plant in Ulyanovsk was set ablaze after being targeted.
- One oil refinery struck by Ukrainian drones is located about 1,500 kilometers, or 900 miles, from the Ukrainian-Russian border. Drones also targeted areas near Ufa in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

UKRAINE has carried out drone attacks deep inside Russian territory, targeting an oil refinery in Perm, an electronics factory in Ulyanovsk and other targets to weaken Russian military capabilities.
