Russia kills 11 in one of its biggest strikes on Ukraine, Zelenskyy says
- On Wednesday, Russian missiles and drones pounded Kyiv and other Ukrainian regions, killing at least 19 civilians, including four children, and wounding around 60. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described the overnight barrage as "massive."

- Facing 70 incoming projectiles, Ukraine struggled to counter ballistic missiles and jet-powered drones without sufficient ammunition for its US-made Patriot air defense systems. Zelenskyy called air defense packages a "vital necessity."
