Rourke Bridge to regularly close overnight for repairs through the winter

LOWELL — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced this week that a nightly detour will be put in place for the Rourke Bridge to make repairs and ensure that the bridge continues to function while a permanent replacement is constructed.
