June 4, 2025 9:50 a.m.  Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering on Tuesday afternoon. An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the 40-year-old thought there was someone buried in the bottom of an overflowing dumpster in the parking lot of Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street.
