The Constitutional Chamber decided by a majority to protect three journalists who denounced violations of their right to freedom of the press and access to public information, following incidents during press conferences organized by the Presidency of the Republic in 2024.The amparo appeals, processed under files 24-025545-0007-CO and 24-27116-0007-CO, were accumulated and resolved by judgement 2025-016964.
