Rockford man accused of striking a woman with a belt in a hotel room

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Kyle Lang, 38, for allegedly attacking a woman and strangling her inside a hotel room. Officers were called to the 3900 block of 11th Street for reports of domestic violence in a hotel room on July 21. The victim told authorities she was strangled, punched and hit with a belt.
