Rockford man accused of strangling a woman, slashing her tires

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested David Taylor, 48, for allegedly strangling a woman and slashing her tires. On June 15, around 8:30 p.m., officers were called to the 3300 block of Chadwick Drive for reports of domestic violence. The woman told authorities she was attacked after an argument.
