ROCHESTER — Rochester police responded to La Michoacana Purepecha around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, after the burglary alarm went off in the ice cream shop. According to a release from the Rochester Police Department, the front door of the ice cream shop, located at 28 9th St. SE, was broken.
