Robbery of over $10,000 reported at former Cabo Rojo hotel

Agents from the Cabo Rojo Police District are investigating a break-in reported Friday morning at the former Joyuda Beach Hotel, located at kilometer 11.9 of Highway PR-102 in Cabo Rojo.

RED CABO – A climb was reported at Friday morning hours, at the Joyuda Beach Hotel, on the PR-102 highway in Cabo Rojo. According to the police report, one or several individuals broke several glass windows in the back of the building to enter. 14 black refrigerators were taken from the site; 18 32-inch televisions; 4 42-inch televisions and 1 65-inch television.
