Metro police need help in finding a young St. John’s woman. Samantha Manning, who’s about 20 years old, was last seen a week ago in the area of Casey Street in St. John’s. She’s 5′ 8″ tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has green eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights. Manning was last seen wearing leggings and a black puffy jacket. The RNC are concerned for the well-being of Samantha Manning.
