Riverbank Restaurant in Stafford is part of the NSCG Stafford College – based on the campus, overlooking Victoria Park – and it took us just 30 minutes to get to Stafford and parking was very easy right across the road on the Windmill car park. So the getting there was much easier than we anticipated from Newcastle. Basically, we bid for this 3 course meal at the Riverbank Restaurant in a charity auction – it was in aid of The Macari Centre. …
