Richmond Heights council votes to allow recreational cannabis dispensaries, although state not issuing licenses

Richmond Heights City Council has voted to allow the dispensing of adult-use, recreational cannabis within the city. Licenses for dispensaries, however, won't be issued for, possibly, the next three years. Also, Ohio Senate Bill 56 is still under discussion, meaning council's action could still be altered by state law.
