Revenge porn case with 35-year-old victim – 38-year-old sent nude photos of her to her acquaintances

The young man who filmed the gang rape at the Foro Italico in Palermo, which took place on the night of July 7, 2023, filming it together with some photos of other people, was sentenced by the Prosecutor's Office.

The Cybercrime Prosecution Directorate investigated and solved a case of revenge porn, for which a criminal case was filed against a 38-year-old man. This was preceded by a complaint from a 35-year-old woman, according to which a user on a social networking website sent visual material depicting her and concerning her sexual life to people close to her, while in one case she also tried to extort money.
