Two and a half billion pounds (73.7 billion crowns) from the sale remain frozen in a British bank. The British government is demanding that the money go to humanitarian aid for Russia-invaded Ukraine, but Abramovich reiterates that it should go to “all victims of the war in Ukraine.”
