Quadruplets celebrate new year at Merit Health in Flowood FLOWOOD, Miss. (WLBT) – Merit Health River Oaks, located in Flowood, welcomed quadruplets to start the new year. The hospital stated that the quadruplets arrived earlier this week. Merit Health River Oaks said the babies, Mike, M.J., Selena, and Serena, are doing well.
