The State Invests in Human Capital

Step by step, Ukraine implements its strategic choice in favor of a united Europe. We have come a record fast distance from applying for EU membership to the start of pre-accession negotiations. This was emphasized by Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal, starting the next meeting of the government. According to him, the ambitious goal for 2025 is to open all six negotiating clusters with the EU on a parallel basis.
