PSP: Teen rescued from Coaldale blaze; fire ruled accidental - The Shenandoah Sentinel

COALDALE – An unattended citronella candle sparked a blaze that sent a Coaldale teen to a Lehigh County hospital last week. State Police at Frackville said the fire broke out just before 7pm at 44 East Howard Avenue in Coaldale last Wednesday.
