MANILA, Philippines – The local bourse rallied above the 6,500 level on Monday as investors shifted their focus to the diversified conglomerates to cope with changing economic conditions. By the closing bell, the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) had climbed by 1.01 percent, or 65.16 points, to 6,525.04. Likewise, the broader All Shares Index
