The Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Madrid has closed the complaint filed by C. G. A., representing the Xuntos platform by Galicia, against the founder of Podemos Juan Carlos Monedero for the alleged commission of a crime of sexual assault in Vigo whose two alleged victims have not denounced the facts.

The Madrid Public Prosecutor’s Office considers that the facts reported by the two women “are not sufficiently clear (...), as the time, place, how they occurred and what they consisted of” is unknown.

The platform Xuntos por Galicia presented in March a letter in which it also accused the management of Podemos for covering it up.
