The Essential Medicines/Logistics Support Center Program (PROMESE/CAL) delivered drug kits in compliance with the Dominican Government’s guidelines to assist areas affected by storm Melissa. The aid is being channelled to the most affected provinces in the South, including Barahona, Pedernales, Independencia and Bahoruco, with the aim of ensuring the availability of medical inputs and supporting health care in affected communities.
