While La La Laiterie is still under construction until the end of the year, once this project is completed, a new one will take over in the district: the Hall des Chars. It will be enlarged to accommodate both the Espace K and the Club, the old small room of La Laiterie. Two new rooms of 300 people each for two new identities, which will arrive in 2028.
