Supervisors OK Manassas Mall plan to add 1,000 apartments, new retail
Calling it a redevelopment “for the future,” the Prince William Board of County Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to approve a major transformation of the Manassas Mall that could add more than 1,000 apartments, townhomes and new retail along its outer edges.
