Slovakia Will Not Pledge Aid to Ukraine at NATO Summit, Fico Says

NATO diplomats say allies are drafting a 70 billion euro military aid pledge for Ukraine as Slovakia declines to join the commitment.

"Slovakia will not pay for Ukraine's military expenses," Prime Minister Robert Fico said ahead of the summit in Ankara in July.
