The First Ladies Tribute to Rosalynn Carter Panel was held in the auditorium of the Plains High School on August 16. The panel was comprised of Kim Fuller, Jimmy Carter’s niece, James Carter, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter’s grandson, Mary Jean Eisenhower, Richard Gatchell Jr., and Larry Cook, a presidential historian.
