It has been found that key military generals, including the Army, Navy, and Air Force Chiefs of Staff, were excluded from the list of attendees at President Lee Jae-myung's inauguration ceremony held at the National Assembly on the 4th. Like President Lee, Moon Jae-in began his term immediately without a presidential transition committee after the impeachment of the former president.
