Pre K art program promoting creativity for Head Start students  - The Troy Messenger

Pre-K students at Troy’s Head Start are getting a chance to learn about art in the month of September through a partnership between OCAP, the Johnson Center for the Arts and Amp Up Arts-Troy.  The program sees local art teacher Dorothy Richardson, a Troy University graduate, teaching art to three and four year olds in 30-minute increments weekly at OCAP Head Start in Troy.
