Czech group PPF is ending its investment in German television company ProSiebenSat.1. It has offered its nearly 15.7 percent of the German company's share capital to the second bidder for the television company, Italian media group MFE-MediaForEurope (MFE), spokesman Leoš Rousek said on Wednesday.
