A Port Arthur man was found guilty of aggravated assault following the shooting of a young teenaged girl after she resisted his sexual advances, authorities said. Timothy Harris, 34, was found guilty Wednesday in Judge John Stevens’ Criminal District court. The incident reportedly occurred on or about March 20, 2020.
