Popeyes, Raising Cane’s planning new locations in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. — Two fried chicken restaurant chains are adding to their Richmond-area flocks. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is planning to open at the former Burger King site at 4800 W.
