POLK COUNTY, Minn. — A Polk County man was sentenced Tuesday, Sept. 10, to 180 months for raping a juvenile girl on more than one occasion. Brian Lee Espinoza, 34, pleaded guilty in July to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. A third count was dismissed.
