Political Graffiti Outside Mission Viejo City Hall Under Investigation

Orange County sheriff’s deputies Thursday were investigating politically charged graffiti in front of Mission Viejo City Hall. A vandal spray-painted “8647” and “Where’s Young Kim” on the sidewalk in front of City Hall at La Paz and Maguerite Parkway, according to Orange County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Gerard McCann.
