Police: Two wanted men rob victim for crack cocaine in a Rockford alley

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Ledal Westbrook Jr., 42, and Antonio Smith, 40, for robbing a man for crack cocaine with two other suspects, according to court records. On April 13, officers were called to the 600 block of North Court Street for reports of a robbery.
