Police: Rockford man hits woman with a beer can while violating pretrial release

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Zachary Manning, 31, for allegedly strangling a woman. On June 26, around 3 a.m., officers were called to the 1200 block of North Main Street for reports of domestic violence.
