SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) -- A police presence was seen under the 8th Street bridge in downtown Sioux Falls Tuesday morning. Inclusive playground hopefully coming to Sertoma Park Tape is blocking off entering the sidewalk area on the west side of the bridge. Crews are mapping out the scene.
