MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- An Odessa man is facing two separate felony charges after investigators say he assaulted both a woman and her five-year-old daughter during a visit to a Midland home earlier this month. 32-year-old Pete Anthony Gonzales was arrested on May 20 on two active warrants out of Midland County: one for assault causing bodily injury to a family member, and another for injury to a child due to criminal negligence.
