Police: Man died from 'accidental fall' in Woonsocket

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Police continue to investigate a man's death earlier this week in Woonsocket. The police department said officers responded just after 6:30 a.m. Monday to a report of an unresponsive man in the 200 block of Pond Street. The man, identified as Ryan Goulet, 49, had trauma to his head area, according to police. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, but died from his injuries the following day.
