Police: Louisiana mother abandons children on side of road, then reports them missing

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a woman for allegedly abandoning her children on the side of the road. Officers were called to the 3400 block of Palm Road after receiving a report of missing children, prompting the Juvenile Crimes Unit to investigate.
