LATHAM, N.Y. — A Grafton man was charged with first- and second-degree murder in connection with the death of three of his family members. Joshua M. Fowler, 26, was charged with one count of first-degree murder, three counts of second-degree murder, and one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Police: Grafton man killed wife, father and step-grandmother
A Rensselaer County man is in jail for allegedly killing his wife, father and step-grandmother at their home on Wednesday evening.State Police responded to the home on South Road (County Route 85) at around 6:40 p.m.Joshua Fowler, 27, is charged with one count of first-degree murder, three counts of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned and sent without bail to Rensselaer County Jail.
