DES MOINES, IOWA -- Almost three weeks ago the Iowa Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' fetal heartbeat bill to be applied into law. The ruling means that the injunction placed on the law by a district court judge will have to be lifted, making the law enforceable.
