Pike County men denied parole  - The Troy Messenger

At recent Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles hearings, a trio of men convicted of crimes in Pike County had their parole requests denied.  Vincent Frank Forney, 54, was denied parole at a hearing on Aug. 27. He was sentenced to 99 years in Pike County in 1997 for first-degree robbery. Forney was also convicted of second-degree robbery in 1989. A victim spoke against Forney at his parole hearing.
