EMMETT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A man died following a car crash just before midnight on Tuesday near Battle Creek. Emmett Township Public Safety said in a Facebook post that it happened on Beadle Lake Road near B Drive North. Responding crews discovered a car off the road and in a swampy area.
