We could have met as very young people, but we didn't. Tõnu graduated from the Porkuni School for the Deaf in the spring of 1983. I started working as a teacher at that school in the fall of 1983. Liivi worked as a teacher at the Porkuni School for a year and had left Porkuni by the fall of 1983. We met 43 years later – on October 18, 2026, in Kabli, Pärnu County, in Liivi and Tõnu's summer house. Tõnu built it 20 years ago.
