JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Hot temperatures and high humidity made it truly feel like summer across the Tri-Cities this weekend, meaning people took to local bodies of water to keep cool. People spent all day at places like Warriors Path State Park and the Rockingham Marina. People like Larry Heffner, a Johnson City resident, decided to go fly fishing in Kingsport.
