After his gold medal this summer, a new play area celebrating a Paralympic rower has opened in his hometown of Foulridge.

Pendle Borough Council announce the newly named Gregg Stevenson Play Area has been officially opened. The former Alma Avenue Play Area in Foulridge has been named after Gregg Stevenson MBE who rowed to victory to claim gold at the Paralympics in Paris last September.
