Pedestrian killed on Halsted late Sunday - HF Chronicle

A 42-year-old man was killed shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday when he was struck by a vehicle while he was crossing Halsted Street in the 17600 block, according to Homewood police. The man ran across the street westbound when he was struck by a black Dodge Ram that was traveling southbound, police said.
