A 54-year-old man died after he was struck by a car while crossing a street in the Bay Park neighborhood Sunday night, San Diego police said. The man was walking west in the south crosswalk of Clairemont Drive at Iroquois Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. when he was hit by a Honda Civic sedan driven by a 56-year-old man, police said.
