Pay Rs 25,000 arrears or face dismissal of divorce petition, court tells man

The Bombay High Court overturned a Sangli Civil Court order, ruling that a husband's divorce plea will be dismissed if he fails to pay Rs 25,000 in maintenance arrears by June 30, 2025. The order followed his wife's challenge against the lower court's rejection of her plea to strike out his defence.
