Yesterday, I watched several cars get ticketed on Grove across from the Y. This area has a two-hour limit on a daily basis, but the small print says no parking from 12-4 on the third Wednesday of the month. (A very confusing idea, since most people don’t check a calendar to determine that day of the month.)So, not only do they get ticketed, the street doesn’t get cleaned because cars are parked there.
