Palmer speaks at "Lanz" of "State Zechprellerei"

At "Markus Lanz" local politicians are sounding the alarm: growing expenditures, crippling bureaucracy and scarce cash registers would put the cities under pressure. Tübingen's OB Boris Palmer, for example, is calling for a change of course – even when dealing with civic money.
