(KUNA) – A man from Palm Desert, convicted for killing his one-year-old daughter and stabbing his pregnant wife after becoming angry during an exchange of child custody in Indian Wells, received the death penalty. In March, an Indian jury sentenced Adam Slater, 54 years old and a Palm Desert resident, for first-degree murder for the murder of the baby Madalyn in 2020.
